I think so.. Have to catch up with Eric, I had found some photos with the S&M lamp on a 17C on ELB but I cannot re-post them here as I get a message "that file already exists." But did find this one..

The 17C has a PAR46 sealed beam. Hard to tell from the photos, but those S&M lights are fairly common in PAR36; I have yet to find any in PAR46.

I found a couple of 17C examples, and yes they are Par 36, and I'm not sure S&M even made these in Par 46. I can't post the photos because "the file already exists."
