No reverse lights in 2015 Tahoe Kerr industry install

I have 2015 Tahoe ppv, it had an Kerr Instredy prep install pkg with white/Red LEDs installed in the tail lamps back up lamp spot. Vehicle was decommissioned. Bulb still there but no Power to blue/brown wire.
Checked under hood at fusec34 ( reverse lights) no power coming to fuse. Anyone installers have dealt with connecting this back up. Called Kerr didnt get much help.

Did you check to see if it has the Kerr branded brake light kill module/harness? We've seen those crap out and cause similar issues.
