You should never bid until the last minute. I don't know why people bid so early, it just drives up the price. Just watch, it will end high.

That is an old EBay trick that does not work so well with government auctions. Last minute bids just force the auction into overtime- and then sends notifications out to the other bidder via smart phone that they have 10 minutes to up the bid. I put my high bid in early, and let everyone else fight it out at the end. With proxy bidding, you never know what the high bid is anyway, it's just a guessing game.

True, but they don't always get extended do they? Seems I've done last minute bids there, and saw others get extended.
