I picked this up at a local emergency equipment supplier a couple of months ago for a great price. It was sitting in front of their counter all dusty with a parts lot of stuff a guy won (including this light) on eBay.

The guy had not paid for the auction at that point and it was going on a couple weeks, so I put dibs on it should the payment never come. Well, payment did not and I got a call. When I first saw it, it looked like it had a lot of potential and the tag looked MINT.

After getting it home and wiping it off, it appeared to have never been used. It was absolutely perfect, even the copper contacts in the rotator were still untarnished and the copper brush contact plate was only very, very lightly scrored like from only a test run.

All it needed was a dome and bulbs. I wanted to do clear since I had a mint red one already. I finally got a clear dome in a lot of lights I bought from a local FD (thanks apu). It had some minor scratches, but was very clear and cleaned up very nicely. It is now adorned with new 4464R and 4416 clear bulbs.
