WOW!!!! Those were one of 4 light bars that the Houston Police Department used the first time I remember seeing my Dad's patrol car in the early '80's. It was these, the Jet Sonic, Yankee Dietz, and Aero Dynic. Wish I had the cash.... Ugh.

That bar is nearly identical to what I saw in Des Moines, Iowa in the mid 90s.  The Des Moines Police used the Smith and Wesson bars nearly exclusively, and I hadn't seen anything like them before.  Where I was originally from, Federal Signal dominated with the Street Hawk.  The all red actually takes me back then, because that was before state law was changed to allow police vehicles to run red/blue (go figure).
