NYPD slicktop just grill and corner LED's. Buget cuts?

Look at 1:12 it looks like the white NYPD slicktop has 2 Grill lights and corner HAW leds. I guess Budget cuts.

if the ss2000, was set to switch 1, thats all that comes on....... switch #2 wouuld activate the viper


also they are still installing firebeams in new unmarkeds, he could of had it on the floor.........

The NYPD is using the Taurus's as undercover "anti-crime" vehicles. They are just using lights that can't be seen at all. Their not even using the standard ss2000 siren. As for budget cuts, the NYPD has a store house filled with lights, that would make any of us wet our pants.
