Wanted NYPD SS With Howler Feature

Good Afternoon All,

Once again looking for tricky one. If anyone has been to the NYC lately, I am sure you have heard the New NYPD (what I believe to still be) Smart Sirens. They also feature a howler/rumbler combination that work simultaneously with the manual feature. The manual is a wind up and instant cut out with howler. I know the howler is a separate device.

Anyone know where I can find these goodies???
