Odd Looking Rescue Truck from 1960s

While cruising Craigslist today, I saw the oddest looking rescue truck I've ever seen. It is in the Chicago area...here's the link:

I believe it was remounted from a older Mack. It looks like an older Gerstenslager body. The ford c-8000 chassis may be from the 1960s though

The mechanical siren looks like it might be a Federal model 67 or 78.

That would be a good one for a collector...very unique! The C series chassis could be anywhere from early 60's to mid 70's when the cab style was changed. It does resemble an old Gertenschlager body...very cool find!

That style chassis was in use from 1959 til 1988 My FD had one of the last 1988 models. The dual headlight models were mid 60's
