Old Galls Sound Off Flasher wiring

I have an older model Galls (Sound Off) HLF. I'm trying to install it on my Jeep Cherokee, but I can't remember the wiring connections. I have Red, yellow, white, blue, green, and black. Anyone have a diagram or know the propper connections? If it helps, its a 3.0 FPM Traffic Flasher unit.

I hooked it up according to that diagram, and only the passenger side headlight is flashing. And its very rapidly flashing.
