It could be I'm not the best at the older stuff. Theres a wrecker not far from me it's a Chevy 3500 with one just like that but its raised up like 2 feet with poles and a flat piece of metal it looks funny but it puts it up where you can see it

Nope, don't think it's a Sireno Condor bar. The curvature of the ends of the domes, the mirror arrangement and the perforations in the speaker housing look like Code 3 (Force 4) SD.
