PA300 troubleshooting

I've got what I believe to be a 2nd gen Fed PA300 Black face, with the older 12 connector wiring plug. It appears to be dead, doing some troubleshooting to see how dead. It was paired to a Dynamax MS100 and I know those had a habit of dying prematurely. Illumination bulb is blown, reads ML 1893.. is that correct? I can get those at the local wally world. When powered up initially I hear the usual quiet click or pop in the speaker which means something is connected. Most likely Caps are bad. I have been testing continuity and everything is checking out. Anything obvious with these sirens before I say ef it?
Black, Green are ground. red is +, blue and brown are speaker for 100w.

I did not know these could handle 58 watt, almost want to save it to test other speakers.
