I'll never understand why Philly uses those big ass Kodiak chassis. I've spent a lot of time driving in Philly, and even with just a regular Type III, some of the streets were iffy....

Those streets aren't necessarily any bigger than the rest...had to take a Type III up Green Lane once in a snow storm, I thought it was bad on a normal day....

Yeah used it for the 4X4 capabilities. I agree the streets are not large and those trucks are too big.
