Okay i had a call out last night and when i was running code my siren would play tones for a minute or two then stop, if i turned it off then back on it would keep playing the tones for a minute or two and stop, it keeps doing this. I check all my grounds and power and everything is good, so i assume its on the inside. Any ideas, i don't really wanna send it into FED SIG since they charge like $85 an hour for labor and i only paid $60 for the siren. Any ideas, for now i'm going to keep using it like this until it stops or catches fire!

Did you try checking the speaker? Usually should be around 4.5 ohms. Also, FedSig only has hourly charges for Q's and lightbars. Everything I sent in was a flat fee. I believe the small sirens like the Pa300 and MS4000 have a flat fee of $65 last time I talked with them.
