programming questions and problems cdm-1250

we are current programming 2 cdm 1250's and were having problems with the transmit pl tone, the repeater doesn't likr the pl tone on the radio so we turned the tone off on the repeater. has this happen to anybody else?


any help would be greatful!

I've never had any problems with programming PL's on a 1250 (CDM or HT)...are you sure you have the correct tone settings (ie PL vs DPL)?

As pointed out, trying to use a CDM programmed for 12.5KHz on a repeater set for 25KHz can cause the problem you describe.
