Pushbar Lettering / STICKERS.. little help

QUESTION:


On some pushbars on the top bar I remember seeing this on some cruisers but cant find pics.. I know Las Vegas Metro has it like "METRO POLICE" but I want just a sticker on the top saying "SHERIFF" . can anyone find one with sheriff on it and send me links to pics. Also what do yall think about me doing this on my pushbar?

Make it reversed. And just go to the local sign shop. I'm pretty sure its gonna be really cheap

yea the one I saw wasnt reversed and I liked it alot better... Las Vegas "Metro Police" isnt reversed either. I just cant find pics of any other dept with it on theirs and I was just wanting some pics.

County PD where I live used to have 'Police' or 'K9 Unit' on theirs, some reversed, others not. Non-reversed looked better IMO because of how low the PB is.

Tends to help when the people you're behind can actually read it in their RVM....hence the whole reverse lettering "fad" on the front of emergency vehicles.....

having 4-6" lettering on the hood of a vehicle is much more noticeable/ledgible for the vehicle in front than 1 inch high text...

+1 on lettering size. Four inch should be minimum, and six inch preferred.

cbpdogboy, I just got off the phone with them and they are sending me and email with the size and price of a decal just like the one on the bike in the picture. I told them i wanted the same design and size as that one so we will see.


Now then do I want the gold color as shown in the picture or get it in white??
