Question on ULF22

I'm looking to just basically alternate 2 led lightheads (wig wag style). No strobing wig wag or anything fancy. Basically like alternating headlights with the same or similar flashes per minute.

The ULF22 has a "Singleflash" pattern. Does anyone know if this is basically what I am looking for? I'm familiar with how to set flasher mode to alternate lightheads. Was just curious if that flasher has what I am looking for?

Thanks
Dan

i think the sound off led "halogen model" flasher would be what your looking for and probably cheaper...

Well, I ended up getting a ULF22. After unsuccessful tries at getting the lighthead to flash. I called Whelen technical support. They said its a ground side switched flasher. But what I didn't think to ask was.. Why does it have options for negative AND positive outputs?

I'm gonna try the negative side tomorrow and see what happens. I think I just figured out why the ULF44 is more popular. I guess it's all positive switching. Ugh..

you have an orange wire, a brown wire and corresponding white wire with tracers (org/brwn). The solid wires go to the ground wires on the lighthesads and white w/tracers go to the respective positive wires. So, if you hook the brown wire to the black wire on lighthead "A" you hook the white w/brown tracer to the red wire on lighthead "A". Same with the orange and white w/orange tracer on light "B". Then black on the flasher goes to ground (chassis) and the red to battery w/in line switch in between. Grey is for sync and the white w/purple tracer is for pattern...great little flasher...
