Questions about UTM4 output and backlights

I have a UTM4 (special variant of that model with some extra wires out the back) in my patrol car. Only 1 backlight is working.

1) Is there an easy fix to replace the burned out bulbs?

2) Also, the connections show 58/100 watts. Will it provide 200W to run 2 speakers?

I am about to get into another car and debating on moving the siren over or not. I was thinking of salvaging another speaker from a car being dead lined and mounting both speakers on my push bumper. They are both the same model speakers.

The back-lighting has to be soldered in to replace. Considering the fact they fail frequently, they should go to replaceable bulb sockets.

Thanks. I would have to cut the power lead again to remove the controller and solder in a new bulb. I may just opt for a night light mounted to the console to light it up instead.
