Quick Disconnect for FedSig serial lightbars?

I have a bit of a unique use case. Vehicle has a Federal Signal Allegiant bar on a truck with serial control, and the bar needs to be removed regularly depending on its usage due to clearance issues. I've been told there are solutions for discrete control bars but not Convergence Network serial bars. I highly doubt this is true because the CN cable is just Cat5. Does anyone have an elegant solution where there is a module on the roof with watertight connectors that can be removed if the bar is not required?

I've looked at the old Whelen QD kit but I don't think that'll work; apparently FS does have something for the Valor but I'm not sure this works for our application as the connectors are on the bar, not the vehicle.

TIA!

You are entirely correct to doubt what you were told. Since the Federal Signal CN uses standard Ethernet-style physical architecture, disconnecting it is actually much easier than dealing with a traditional, thick discrete wiring harness.
