Wanted Red mini lightbar, small 12V mechanical siren

Hello,

I'm looking for a red mini light bar in either halogen or strobe. Must have magnets and cigarette plug. No LED please.

Also, looking for a small mechanical siren. 12V only. It will be hidden so it doesn't have to be super pretty, just as long as it works.
