Please respond to multiple attempts through email and elsewhere to provide update on shipping damage claim. Haven't heard from you since Jul 27, now Aug 18. Asking for $25 refund to compensate for busted Aero endcap. Given premium priced paid for bar, promise of very good condition, and endcap replacement cost, I don't think $25 refund to compensate for damage is an unreasonable request.

Finally filed PayPal claim (after a month of not receiving any responses from emails and pm's) and received quick response and resolution from seller. Still an issue bc seller clearly had no intention of making things right/responding until claim filed.
