Restoring Hi-Lo On Touchmaster w/ OP 9

Got a Touchmaster TM-4 recently. It has the CalSpec Option 9, so Hi-Lo and Hetero tones are disabled. Played around w/ dip switches as per the install manual and the best I can get is the Ultra Hi-Lo. The red siren switch's settings are Wail and Wail, which I find kinda cool, tbh.

I saw something online about there being a wiring harness just behind the status indicator lights and status clicking relay where the feature can be reactivated. If this is the case, how would I go about restoring the removed tones?

You need to access the area behind the red siren switch and cut the metal jumper that is giving you wail and wail.
