I there a way to replace a WHOLE rotator mechanism?

missing rotator, note that the entire rotator, motor and all are missing, is there a way to replace it and put in another one? I have chances of acquiring this bar and would like to know.

Yes, two screws and a cable connector should have you up and running. FYI - you are probably looking for a standard speed free-form rotator module. I've seen a couple of these on eBay, but I'm sure someone on here should help you find one if you are looking.
