Just wondering if anyone can give me some ides on how to run license plate LEDs without having to drill holes in the bumper. I have 2 Code 3 XT3s that I'll be mounting on a bracket. I thought about running the wiring up through the top of the license plate but I can't find an open place to bring them out. Any ideas, pics, cave drawings, etc would be appreciated!

I'd drill a hole behind the plate, where they will never be seen. If I recall, some of the TIR3/LIN3 LP mounts, attach to the LP screws-so the plate and bracket are anchored by the same bolts.

You can run the wires up thru where the license plate light is.

It's a decent size hole. about 1/2" by 2"

Remove the passenger side tail light.

Below is a rubber boot for the license plate light.

You can run the wires thru that.

I hadn't gotten around to removing the tail light to see what was back there. Thanks and I'll post some pics once I get the install done.
