Setting up lights to Minitor charger?

Hi guys gonna setup some leds to go off from the din plug on the back of my minitor 4 pager charger. Their is one on ebay that is already made and ready to plug in, however they tell me it can only be used with 24v lights? Does whelen even make leds in 24v? Should i just make a homebrew with a relay off a power supply?

It would all depend on the voltage output and amperage of your charger as to what voltage diodes you could use and whether or not you would need resistors, relays, etc.
