Hi guys and gals,

I just recently got a new addition to my collection, a Federal Signal Smart Vector.

Before I got it, it lay below a workbench in a paintshop, and so it looked like it was sandblasted.

I didn't know what I got until I opened the domes.

It has a pretty scarce setup.

From left to right, the pods contain:

- slow rotator and rear flasher (red)

- smart rotator (clear with blue rear filter)

- fast rotator (red)

- cal front steady (red)

- fast rotator (blue)

- smart rotator (clear with red rear filter)

- slow rotator and rear flasher (blue)

Pics show it before and after cleaning, wet sanding, polishing, etc.

Anybody got a idea where it was used?

I have a pic from the remains of the stickers on it, I read something with SAN on it.

Was this setup used for example in the San Diego area?

Thanks for your input!

Possibly BART police. I know they used smart vectors with flashers behind the rotators in pods 1 and 8.
