I've never worked specifically on the Code 3 dash lights, but I've done a ton of 2100 light bars and other Code 3 products, and I know for a fact that the actual LED-X modules are very easy to take apart and switch out the LED cards on. As long as the dash light easily comes apart, I don't see why this wouldn't be easy to do. Just a thought, if you wanted to make an offer on all of them, do that swap yourself, use the blues, then sell off all of the reds.
