These are stainless steel and are in excellent condition. They come with their 2 factory mounting bolts. These are also the newer type that has "WHELEN" cut out instead of just the sticker label. If these are vehicle specific then I believe they are for a Dodge Charger as I purchased a lot of Charger items along with these. There's a factory number stamped into them "64266" .....$20 shipped

I've never known there to be specific straps for specific models of lightbar. I believe these should secure a Whelen Liberty to your 2005-2010 Dodge Charger.
