I have 4 Whelen M4s in Blue with the chrome flanges. These are the 2 wire version and require a flasher which is included. The M4s were manufactured 1/10 while the flasher was made in 5/14. This system was just removed from my patrol car, a dodge charger, where I had them mounted in the grill and fog light slots. Lenses are great and these lights are super bright.
