Whelen PCC-S9R Switchbox. Fully working, all outputs, backlighting, switches and lights work. In good cosmetic condition and has unknown face plate included. Has 3 position slide switch, 5 on/off buttons and one momentary button.

Just standard female spade connectors that can be found at most hardware stores

Yes 12 connectors total... 3 connectors for slide switch, 5 for the on/off switches and 3 for switch 6 as it is a isolated relay with common, NC, and NO. There is also one one connector that will provide a ground signal that comes on it position 3 to trigger a separate siren if wired to do so.
