SOS 380R wont turn off.....

aa stated it wont turn off am I missing something? amp wires and relay wire are positive 24hrs orange/black and gray back light placed on a ign source that i confirmed that is off when ign key is in the off position. the control will start flashing standby and speaker two light. but the unit it self doesnt turn off. thanks for any ideas to what to do.

Is there a broken wire or plug causing intermittency? Presumably an instruction turns it On, and another instruction turns it Off. If not getting the turn-off instruction, it will remain on?
