Sound Off Ghost

I have a single Sound Off Ghost that one side will not come off of steady burn! I have tried to default the pattern but still has steady on one side!!!! Any ideas let me know! Thanks

sound off has a good return policy so returning it is the best bet. I live 10 mins from the factory. I just run over there and get a new one.
