Dearborn, MI PD used to put a blue strobe beacon on the passenger spotlight on the pillar. It was an add on for their slick tops.

This link worked, thanks. They put the wrong video in with the product. Seems to be a unique setup. If its for the pillar mount, they could add a spot on top. Then one could pick between the 2 functions. Interesting find.

(edit, I just noticed the price tag. If they can find people to pay that for them then I get why they are offering them, lol).
