StarChase: Pursuit Alternative- Anyone Seen it or Used it?

Anyone use StarChase or maybe demoed it? I'm looking to get some opinions.

To be honest, it looks weird. I mean in theory it would work. But in practical use it seems like there is A LOT that could go wrong. For instance, hitting something and it not sticking, the perp hearing something hit and then stopping to take it off, does it stick regarless of how clean the vehicle is/snow or rain covered, hitting a pot hole and then it falling off.


I mean if someone would use it I just wonder how reliable it's going to be.

I was wondering the same thing as you, which is why I was asking. I'd like to include it in my Pursuit Project, but want more info.

I think it's cool because they're using a PSP car on the home page of their website, lol....

We demo'ed it some time ago, never heard anything else about it from the administration. I suspect it is costly.
