that is determined by the power supply. The supply splits the wattage per outlets, so a 4 outlet, 40 watt supply sends each tube 10 watts. Most tubes are max rated to about 23 watts.

My Nova HAW tubes are rated to 32w

23....32..... I knew it was close. Regardless, its not 90. No tube is rated that high.
