As it says Model SA450 siren made by Southern Vehicle Products. Ended up with this as part of a lot. Being sold AS IS. I was told it works, but I cannot guarantee it as I have no way to test it. No bracket, but does have the mic, and the plug that goes in the back with the pigtails. $35 plus shipping. Please PM me if interested. Thanks...
