Oh, that kind of "halogen lightbar" - 15 seconds in. That truck is probably the most Australia thing in the video.

What is that "halogen lightbar?" I've only seen very few in videos and never in person.

It looks a lot like a Whelen Edge frame but my guess is that if it was Whelen they'd be using strobes, and I'm not aware of a Whelen product with halogen lights on the corners like that, just front/rear and sides. They appear to be using mostly Ecco and Code 3/Premier Hazard products, apart from that one, but that doesn't give me much info.

It's just a Whelen Edge with halogen ripple effect.  I know back in the 90s quite a few UK forces had the same setup.
