I just recently bought two Whelen Talons one from off here and another from another source. I hooked the two of em up today and they both worked great, but one of them makes a weird sound while its powered and flashing what does this mean?
It means it's a ballast version. The newer ones are passive ones. Ballast ones were known to cause RF interference problems but a lot of people never have any problems with them.
