Michael, I was sent 2 non functioning 500 heads instead of the pair of Slimlighters. Looking for an explaination and the Slimlighters. (Maybe someone else packed them up or you ment to ship the slimlighters and toss the broken lightheads but flipped them around?) You even sent me a detailed bill of sale. Its difficult to see this as anything but a deliberate scam but I am keeping an open mind. Please contact me (I texted, pm and left you a voicemail).

I had 2 star led beacons for sale. Was contacted by Michael looking to trade for my lights. He offered 2 Slimlighters in trade saying he could no longer use interior lights on his wrecker. We both shipped on Friday. I received a pair of 500 heads that dont even work.

Update #1. Just tried calling him again and the number is disconnected. It worked this morning and it is the one we talked and texted on.

There is an eBay user named @truckguy391 who was selling 6 pieces of Star Warning Systems DLX4 light modules but only shipped 4. They still have active listings on ebay. Not sure if its the same person but hope you get your issue resolved ASAP!

It should go without saying but I dont have any negative feelings or ill will toward this site. Elightbars is terrific. Infact I feel bad but appreciate the time the mods put in behind the scene when a report like this comes up.

Thanks, dont think it is. The ebay lists texas as location, Michael is from Alabama
