I have been told that Feniex has former-members from several different manufacturers/companies on their staff, which could lead to ideas making their way from one place to another. I hate to use the word "copy" because we all know how cutthroat **ahem** competetive the Emergency Warning field is...

I believe they have a few from Sound Off on staff from what I have heard. Ideas moving from one location to another is a dangerous thing...great way for a lawsuit to get you. Companies need to stick to making their own basic products and focus on developing their own product line and making their products better instead of figuring out a way to rip another companies product off while changing it just enough to not violate any patents, etc.

They may buy the beacon housings in bulk from 911sig and fit their own electronics.

I want one of these. Looks simlier to the SoundOff Signal Mighty Night Light. :sleepy:

They look like a Mighty Night Light from Sound off in a way (funny it is even titled that way in their URL), but the internal component looks more like a Rontan Quasar Dot.

Feniex

So is Feniex another EPI 911 claiming to be selling products that they make in the USA ( & Canada respectively) , only to be misleading?

or

Is 911Signal just that fast at counterfeiting products?

hmmmm....anyone?
I doubt we will ever know. They are probably already pointing fingers at each other.

Looks like a very poor attempt to copy the Quasar DOT.
I somewhat doubt they have used Phillips LED's :undecided:

I agree (at least on the EPI products), but I just said it for comparison. The Fenix products use Philips LEDs.

I'd like to get a hold of some Quasar Dots to see what they are like since I have never seen them in person. From the YouTube videos you have posted, they look pretty nice.

For their size they have awesome output and can be squeezed into pretty much anywhere.

PM your preferred email address/contact and I'll have one of the US Reps organise a demo for you.

Cheers.
