tir3 style dominator

i have a whelen dominator with tir3's in it, i bought it from a friend awhile back and its pretty old and has a lot of "on" hours. Yesterday i noticed the one tir3 quit flashing and im wondering whats going on, is it the actual light head itself, the flasher, a wiring problem, or maybe the lights just out of juice. Like i said i have no way of telling how many run time hours it has but i know its a lot. Im looking to fix it but if its not fixable then maybe just part it out. Give me some feedback as alot of you know more about it than i do.

they are pretty easily field replaceable, on the old forum someone did a make shift how-to..

what is the MFG. DATE labeled on the lighthead? Whelen has a 5 year warranty on it
