Touchmaster Delta - can you run ultra hi-lo only?

Anyone know if you can modify the Federal Signal Touchmaster Delta to run the ultra hi-lo only? Unitrol says no.

You can with a Unitrol Omega 90 amp.

Apparently Sean (?) from EVModules can modify it to do so... Or so I was told. Anyone else hear this?
