Opticom preemption emitter. Over $1,000 new for the 3M version(just had to buy one).
This looks like the strobe version from the picture. Not worth that much if that the case.

I believe there was a close up pic in another thread and it was the tomar version.  It may just be the 7x3 head and not even have supply with it.  Not easy to sell or worth a whole lot used.

Post the pic with the speaker cover off.  This is very likely a very used tomar 7x3 in a chrome bumper housing with the wires cut and no supply.  Even with the tomar preemption supply its not incredibly valuable.  These are also illegal to sell and possess in some places.

A picture of the supply would help determine value. I wouldn't sell that bad boy to anyone here in NE or NY. If they aren't authorized to run it you BOTH go to jail... If it is a complete Tomar strobe system you could get up to $400 bucks or so...send it to Texas lol
