Hi. New to the forum here. I’ve talked to a couple of installers and can’t seem to get a straight answer. I’m trying to find out how to change the flash pattern on my patrol car. Everything is hooked up to a Whelen CenCom Carbide control box. From what I’ve read I’ve located the port in which you would plug into to change flash patterns/tones etc. I can’t seem to figure out what kind of wire would plug into it. I’ve attached a picture of the port and control box to this post. Also wondering which soft ware to download. I believe I have the correct one downloaded from whelens website but wanted to be sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Make sure that you extact the current software on the Carbide and save it as it's own file. That way when you mess up programming the new file, you have a backup of the original and you can start over. It's a trial and error for the new user.
