What halogen lights are these?

What model are the red lights (seen on the rear of the attached images)? They seem cool, and I know very little about most lights save for a few big brand lightbars and perimeter lights.

Those are PowerArc brand. I can't recall the model number. PowerArc has since gone out of business.

Just heard the news that both Grover air horns and PowerArc have closed their doors. Thoughts? Wonder if it’s a decline in business due to Covid or something else.
