Purchased 86" flush mount Whelen 4500 Series bar from a member here which turned into the mancave project. Bar came with 7 700 Series LEDs ( non sync ones, bummer :( ), 3 white and 4 red; Here's a pic:

Obviously the weather has taken toll on this one.

Here's the bar stripped down ( except for the marker lighting ):

Frame's been cleaned:

I plan to have a total of 10 700 Series lightheads in this bar. With the set up RRRRWWRRRR. All clear lenses.

Here's the wiring all complete to supply 10 lightheads:

Mounting bases, lens covers, endcaps repainted.

Assembly begins:

I do have several questions so far. The clear lenses have turned yellowish, what's the safest way to bring them back to "crystal clear"? Also, since the lightheads are not sync ones, what's the best flasher to use in this application ( considering I can set them to steady burn and power thru flasher ). Thanks. More pictures to come.
