Whelen CenCom Gold Programming question

I have the software and I have succesfully done some customizations such as adding the Mechanical siren tone. I am trying to figure out if there is a way to have an output or two come on automatically when the system powers up. If so can anyone wlak me through how to program this? I have a scanner aand GPS that I currently plug into the cigarette lighter plug in my truck. I unplug them when I am parked overnight. I was hoping to wire them to the CenCom so they would go off and on automatically. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Why would you need the siren to do that? You have an ignition sense for the siren right? Wire up a relay to trigger with the ign sense and boom done...
