Whelen CenCom Grounded outputs

Im installing a Whelen CenCom gold in a 2017 ram 3500 with the VSIM upfitter module. And the headlight and taillight flashers are Negative switched or activated by grounding the control wires.. is there anyway other than relays to activate??

Couldn't you use outlet 8 with the fuse in the dry contact position for this purpose?

I did use outlet 8 for the rear wig wags. and then used a relay for the front lights.
