Whelen CenCom "Unable to communicate..." Error

Alright, had my install done, lights hooked up, and went to go program the system and kept getting "Unable to communicate with device." I unhooked, hooked up, and did all kinds of configurations to get it working and still nothing.


Anyone run into this before? How did you get it to "communicate"?

Is the unit powered up? The golds don't need power to program, but the reds do. I've also found that rebooting my laptop will sometimes fix communication issues when I'm trying to program the old red units.

Reboot your computer. Have the system powered up. They are sensitive sometimes so go slow with every step.
