Whelen Delta Independence Series

Nothing crazy rare here, but something that I still find unique. Picked this up from rad123 and made a couple minor tweaks and a quick polish. This will be a piece of the collection, replacing the longer Delta (which will have parts available for sale!)

Just a quick vid showing it off. 5 rotators, lower level LEDs, and halogen takedowns that I added lenses to for a steady burn instead. Again, nothing too exciting but something that I will enjoy.

I can honestly say that this I have not seen one of these in use in my area of Virginia.

Looks neat. Good upgrades to it. Don't recall ever seeing that kind in my area of AZ.

I've decided it needed a couple of blue LEDs and have them on the way. I'll get an updated video once they're in!

they made a all LED version too and that thing could throw some light. a friend has a frame and lenses for a 71in fire master version

Nice! I like these bars. I love that the period where you could put LED RotaBeams on top.

Like I said on youtube.... the Delta is what happens when the guy that drunkenly made the Code 3 360 sobers up and Whelen calms him down enough to focus on a real bar....

Also, the delta did have oscillating intersection lights as an option, they were the last (new) oscillating option offered by Whelen and there was a period where you could have simulated oscillating LEDs (RotaBeam LEDs) on the top and oscillating lights on the bottom. If anyone finds a pair of the intersection oscillating lights, I will buy them.
