Whelen Dual Avenger Wiring

I just recently purchased a new Dual Avenger and am a little rusty with hard wiring lights into my car. My question is to anyone who knows which of the 3 wires from the cigarette plug are which. The colors I have wire wise are Green, White and Black. If anyone with experience with dual avengers could inform me which wire is positive, neutral and ground it would be greatly appreciated so I do not incorrectly wire the light.

Do you have any idea why this is opposite of normal? I'm used to seeing green as ground. Not positive. The reversal of positive and ground seems wrong to me.

Wellll.. Usually Positive is red ... in my experience, not green. However Black is always ground.

a couple years back whelen started to color code all their wires. im assuming by the color of the wires the dual avenger is green. just like if you get a tir3 in blue, your gonna have a blue power wire, black ground, grey sink and white pattern change.

Not all lightheads are like that, for example the last LINZ6 in blue were red power wires and not blue, the red/blue splits were red w/white....

The dual avenger was actually blue. So more reason for confusion.

Nothing like resurrecting an old post! Being an old cop and not a light guru, is the white pattern change wire momentarily hot or momentarily ground to change patterns?
